Orlak, the hell of Frankenstein is a Mexican horror film, made by Rafael Baledón 1 and with an important cast as Joaquín Cordero, Carlos Ancira and Andrés Soler. It is considered a cult film by the modest production, elements of science fiction as the creation of artificial life through various experiments and the own terror of revenge and murder. 2

The story is set at the beginning of the 20th century, when Jaime Rojas and Dr. Frankenstein meet in prison. The first after being accused of robbery and murder, and Dr. Frankenstein being discovered stealing corpses for their experiments.

Jaime Rojas is released and proposes to help in the escape to the doctor to later support him in his experiments, obtaining human blood to feed Orlak, monster created by Frankenstein. Once Orlak is gaining strength, is used by the same Jaime Rojas as an instrument of revenge.
